having a difficult time trying to install native access 360 to use as a plug-in on the MPC program

what is the exact issue, can you install all products via native access and you just can't find them in the mpc app? Then you should point the mpc software to the correct vst2 folder or just do a rescan in the preferences. And what exact mpc software version do you use?
You may have to get the 3.0 beta for the MPC desktop for VST3 if you are using a MPC. If you are on a MAC when you scan for plugins make sure you scan for the AU units if you are on MPC 2.15
