Says for another product but isnt

I have done everything I can find for couple of days simply to activate two plugins.

Nectar and Suite 11

paid for them…in my account at Izotope

trail is in my DAW (Reaper)

Put in serial number says for another product but it is not.

It's The one in the natve email..

Exausted

i can mark @Jeremy_NI and @Kaiwan_NI one of both can for sure help you. But it can take a while. Maybe you can describe the problem a bit further, have you tried native access 2 to download and activate your izotope products cause now you should have one login for both companies and all in one place.

What "trails" do you see within reaper, so it all was already installed and activated? Do you try to activate a product again, that´s not possible cause it should be already in your account.

We will get it sorted for sure.
