Hello, I am trying to find some answers, but can't find them anywhere. I live in Australia and have sent my Maschine Plus for repairs after discussing with NI and establishing it needed repairing. My Maschine Plus was attempted delivery on Sat 3rd and was no accepted, so it is now just sitting at Deutsche Post. I have emailed both NI and Let Me Repair, but have received no response. I understand there has been holidays over there? Can anyone please tell me when they will be back, and what I should do about my Maschine Plus? I have no way of contacting Deutsche Post from where I live.
