All of a sudden my Kontakt 5 interface has launched into demo mode. I opened up the service center and went to re-authorize it. It claimed there is no Internet connection, but there is. How do I re-authorize when the interface claims there is no Internet connection. My. Kontakt 3 interface works just fine. I’m trying to save myself some time as I have a symphonic template in Digital Performer already set up using both Kontakt 3 and 5 interfaces. It would be nice not to have to completely redo the template as I’m halfway through a symphony. Any help will be much appreciated.
