How to connect old TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 to my Windows computer

Hello,

I have an old TRAKTRO KONTROL S4 and I want to download the software on my Windows PC. Can anyone help me to understand the procedure? Btw I don't know where my serial number is and I didn't understand where I can find the software. Do I have to buy it from Native Instruments?

When you say you have an old S4, do you mean you bought it new, or that someone owned it before you?

If it's always been yours, Traktor would have been supplied with it, and you would download that from your account - either via Native Access or direct download. Also you shouldn't need the serial number (if you bought the S4 new).

I bought it new 10 years ago.

I stoped djing and now I want to start again. I have only the hardware.

I tried Native Access but I dont know how to use it. When you say direct download? Can you please tell me where I can find it?
