Firstly, I have tried to submit a ticket but the ticket page just refreshes to the support hub page over and over making it impossible to create a ticket. The live chat is equally unhelpful and the best I could do was directly send an e-mail, which could take days for a reply, and also post here. It isnt ideal but there really isnt any other way of getting support.
The holiday season, as per the T&C states 3 months free for the annual subscription. However, when the voucher is applied it shows only 10% not 25%. I signed up anyway as im on the trial for 2 weeks but reluctant to download anything because I signed up for the discounted price as I am on a very tight budget.
I know forums themselves cant directly help with support like this but im sure someone else has had this issue or know of it. If they let me know how it is typically handled that would be great.
Anyway I posted a screenshot of the T&C and my order, nothing on it contains personal information so I think it should be fine.
