Hi everybody!
I can't activate my Komplete 8 package. Since the Service Center is no longer available, I tried installing Native Access, but the software won't launch under Windows 7.
Does anyone have a solution?

Kontakt 8 isn't supported under Windows 7. The last Kontakt version that worked with Windows 8 is 6.6.1

OP is referencing "Komplete 8" - not Kontakt 8.
Komplete 8 went dark a decade ago. Both it and Windows 7 are no longer supported and there are no tools to perform any authorization.
The OP's only recourse is to contact NI support and see what can be done.

Yeah, Komplete 8 probably needs NI support for most of the old products now.

Not possible to contact support directly. You will need to enter chat and that should get you a ticket started.
The most direct is the Submit a ticket option down the page (provided that the option works , NI had it looping for the holidays) : Please contact N.I. Support (all)

@Le K. Native Access isn't supported on Windows 7. Service Center was EOL a few years back: Service Center and Legacy Products End of Life
If you're able to update the operating system to windows 10 at least, you'll probably be able to download, install and activate most of the products, like Kontakt 5, Reaktor 5, Guitar rig 5.
