My Anti Virus Program "F-Secure" is detecting a virus and blocks the updating during installing. Although I gave it free. What´s going on ?
Probably a false positive from your software.
FWIW - on Win 11 - it's is much better in 2026 to simply run Defender and save yourself some money.

I use a F-Secure based AV also , and you are correct that it in between flags Komplete Kontrol at installation , however then if you turn off the AV before installing then there should be no problem. Also sometimes then the AV will block the KK installation silently so that you will end up like the person over here and you then will have to sort that out. You can download installers from the Account downloads , but I am not even sure if all version of KK will install without a previous version being present and how N.A responds depends on the exact situation. Alas than as Moderators we do not have any more information on the whole thing than what you do and what we can find out and learn ourself…
If I spot a problem between the KK installation and AV then I usually report it to NI however that is no guarantee that anything was/has been done.

Just use Windows Defender, all you need these days for virus detection. There is no virus known in any of the NI installers so yeah, likely a false detection which your exceptions should handle and if it isn't working, disable it for the install and any further issues and you are adamant about keeping that virus scanner, ask on one of their social media channels or contact them direct since it is not really an issue with NI stuff.
