Unable to purchase Komplete Ultimate 15 - website broken

I know you folks are not NI support, but I've just spent 15 minutes going around in circles with their support AI getting nowhere, and it won't let me escalate.

Trying to purchase Komplete Ultimate 15 before the sale ends in a few hours and when I click on the Buy Now or Purchase Komplete Ultimate 15 links I just get sent to a page that says "Oops something has gone wrong."

Website appears to be broken!

If you've not already done this, try logging out of the NI website then logging in again. That's fixed that problem for me in the past.

You could also just buy it from another site. Often it's cheaper to do that.

Update: managed to get into work by going to the website via Native Access. Have successfully purchased the update to Komplete Ultimate 15 for the discounted price.
