If properly used and if the right questions asked, it can provide real help to a vast amount of problems.
Plus: As you should know, everything today is more or less AI related. And in the future, will be completely. If NI (or anyone else) stay behind the developments, it will disappear from the market, really soon.
Plus: You always answer "no". Why? This is prejudice. Ok i know, sometimes AI can be annoying or even stupid, as it is still in its early days, but still…
Still, the fact is that these days specifically (holidays + sales top season), the chat works in "automatic mode". Usually, there are thousands requests and most of them can be easily auto-resolved by the user.
So, one of the chat's work is to see how serious is your issue in order to either provide you a solution, let you submit a ticket or connect you directly to a person. You must write what is the problem. You must explain. How else it can help you, submit your ticket in the correct category or connect you to the correct person?
