Native Library Images not showing

For the life of me I can't get Kontakt 8/Native Access to install the images of the libraries that I own. I've tried all the suggestions online.

1. Deleted Kontakt 8 Folder, db3 and user config.

2. Provided all disk access to NKS, Kontakt and Native Access
3. Reinstalled, restarted, etc.

4. Confirmed that all images are in subfolders at HD/Shared/NI resources/image

Folders show up like the images. The legacy view works, but it's not a good browsing experience anymore.

Any solutions out there? This is driving me crazy.

Have you tried the following? Thumbnail Picture Icons are Missing in the Kontakt Browser

Did you move some of the libraries after installation ?

Thanks Jeremy, and yes I had tried that solution exactly. Still only a small portion show up.

Also haven’t move my library. It’s pointed exactly where Native Access has it.

I had this issue after installing Voices of Passion from EastWest (The NKS installer actively deletes all your NI Resources, which is stupid - I forgot it did this, so have spent the last two days updating everything manually).

Native Access updated a buch of things, but for @Jeremy_NI benefit, it did not update NKS2 Software Tile, nor the NKS2_hardware_banner_1280x152 for everything straight away, which is where @Gregsdregs images are miising in the library browser, and Kontakt side browser respectively.

For everything to get updated, it has taken a few loads of Native Access (and a lot of manual updating of libraries that lack NKS2 Software tiles, for example…

Appreciate the comment @Vagus. The particularly frustrating thing in my situation is that these are all first party Native Instruments titles that aren't showing.

If Native Access just isn't fixing what you need, let me know a list and I can prep an NI Resources download for you if needed.(ONative access, open, hit refresh, hit close after a minute - do this a few times)

I appreciate that! But the odd bit is I have all the NI Resources that are supposed to be there (HD/Users/Shared/NI Resources). There's no difference between the few that work (e.g. 40s drums) and the ones that don't (abbey 50s). There's just no manual way to point Kontakt 8 or NA to refresh and update, or actually drag images to folders, etc.

I've refreshed Native Access (and reinstalled a couple times), and no luck. I think it's a bug of some sort. At this point the last thing I can try is re-downloading and reinstalling every library, but that's such a headache.

One more note on this @Jeremy_NI. When I opened Native Access again there were 48 updates only for the instruments that are currently displaying properly. Don't know what this means, but interesting correlation.
