No sounds from Kontrol S88

I'm having trouble launching Kontrol S88. I can't get any sound out of it. The library browsing works in the controller. Komplete Kontrol has been updated, and the Hardware Connection Service has also been updated. The problem seems to be that I can't select the input source and set Kontrol S88 as the source. I can't select it. Do you know what the problem might be?

Which versions of firmware and HCS ?

Version of S88 ? MK2 ? MK3 ?

Computer type ? Exact OS version ?

Version of Komplete Kontrol app used ?

Are you doing the setup in the standalone app version of Komplete Kontrol ?

Try setting the keyboard to Midi 1.0 : How to Switch a Kontrol S-Series MK3 Keyboard to MIDI 1.0

Else it could either be a connection issue or you could have something Midi installed that is blocking the MK3.

This sounds a lot like the universal audio bug, which is weird as they fixed it months ago. But if you're using their products and haven't updated for a while it may apply to you:
