voucher code doesn't work

Hello, I bought a Nektar lx25 mk3 midi keyboard, and I had a voucher code to get one of the complete select for free, but when I put the code in my cart I have this message:

The voucher code is not applicable for your current order. Please review the terms and conditions for this voucher.

Is somebody had ever this problem?

Did you read how to redeem and are you following the instructions ?

Anyway , there is a chance that you are following instructions and that NI have just made it difficult to get your bundle right now. Thing is that the voucher codes for the shop usually do not work for anything that is (already) discounted , so problem could be that because Komplete Select is discounted at the moment then the shop will not accept your code…

Please either contact N.I. Support (all) and ask them to help , or wait until the discount on Komplete Select is over and then try again and if it still do not work then contact N.I. Support (all) .
