No display on Denon DN-HC4500

Hello, good day.

I updated to the new version of Traktor 4 Pro. I use it with a Denon DN-HC4500 controller, and after the update, I lost the information displayed on the controller's screen. The buttons and jog wheels work perfectly.

Do you have any information about this? Is it a software bug?

Oh that's some old tech right there! Are you sure it's not the HC4500 screen that's deceased? I mean it's from 2007.

What were you using it with prior to TP4? Maybe try it with the old software again, or Serato, VirtualDJ etc.

Until four days ago, I was using it with Traktor 3 Pro without any problems. That's why I said that, after the update, the controller's display stopped working.

It works perfectly with Traktor 3 Pro, but with Traktor 4 Pro the display only shows PC, which is the operating mode.

The *.TSI file is the same for versions 3 and 4 pro.
