Are USB A of maschine plus active in controller mode ?
Hello :-)
On Maschine plus in controller mode, we can use line in 1 and 2 on maschine plus
can we use USB A ? Those work fine on standalone mode but seems to be deactivated (not powered) in controller mode (even if the maschine is on power supply).
Am I right ? (I m sorry I didn't find the answer anywhere)
why is that ?
Thanks for your answer

AFAIK the M+ does not act as a USB hub when in controller mode.

While it would be cool if M+ could work also as USB hub, if in controller mode, it might be so it is not possible hardwarewise. Or there is not available driver with such a functionality from producer of USB chip....

I guess there is a hardware limitation ( or maybe NI doesn t want to manage diversity in the software between mk3 and M+ in controller mode, since mk3 doesn t have those usb port)
it s a pity, this possibility be would save some usb port on the computer
