The last years I got the updates with "Izotope Produkt Portal"
But now it changed to update with native access.
But when I try to add my serial number , my number is to short for the mask. What do I do wrong ? please help

If NI have merged your iZotope and your NI account then the products should appear in Native Access by themselves (Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS) and there should be no need to feed your iZotope format serials into NA (where they will not work anyway.).
Generally then to use Native Access for updating then you probably would have had to have uninstalled the product and then to re-install the product using NA
