Recently I tried to back my files up to an external hard drive, but somehow Electric Sunburst Deluxe didn't backup properly. I tried to redownload it on the computer drive to fix the issue now I'm met with this. This issue persists even though I do have the latest version of Kontakt 7. I tried contacting (no pun intended) the NI support team but it's been over a week without a response. I can't use this until I can fix it and I need to use this for my demos so I'm getting frustrated being unable to find a solution. Let me know how I can fix this.
