Just bought a Kontrol S2 secondhand, and the license was already used. Don't have a way to get a transfer. Anyways, I download Traktor play and of course it's not the S2 is not compatible with play, only with the pro version. It says here that upgrading you pay the difference, however when I go to upgrade, it is asking for $100 instead of what should be the difference ($60).
So when I got to contact support, there are 2 options, the chat bot (doesn't work) and the submit a ticket which also doesn't work. The only other provided means of communication is physical mail. This is unacceptable! Am I missing something?
