Can someone tell me what size screws are the two screws that hold the back jack panel? I purchased mine as new, but on clearance, from Guitar Center, and they stipulated a no-return policy. I checked the unit out, but evidently not rigorously enough. Unbeknownst to me (until I got the unit home), it was lacking the two panel screws in the back as well as manuals and contents (except for the CD/DVD, which was actually included in the pocket, glued to the inside of the box.) It was a clean repack, and they fooled me. Meanwhile, I tried contacting Native Instruments support and received a run-around and a bit of a curt response. They said I should turn it in for repair. Weird. All I need are two screws and the contents of the package. None of this makes sense, as it's not like I can prove the contents that were missing. I also don't want to be inconvenienced by trying to ship this to them and be without a controller. Aggravated. The fact that I can't chat with or call a live agent is infuriating.
