My Spitfire instruments are gone, what should I do?

So I've recently boughy Spitfire Audio Orchestra that needs kontakt player to run. I already had Kontakt Player 6, where I use other library from spitfire with no issue. Today I've entered the player, entered the native access where i gave my serial and location. it was accepted. Then i don't know what exaclty happened. Probably the Native Access had upgraded and i don't see any of my licences from spitfire anymore. when i try to add native access says - i've already used my serial.

In the kontakt 6 player i see only the old spitfire brass library, but none of them is present in the new native access app. What did i do wrong? How to solve it?

You can goto https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/ and see what you have registered. Are you sure you've not logged in with a different account?

EDIT: I don't seem to be able to link. Goto the main NI website, log in, click on the person icon in the top right then My Products.

Which Spitfire Orchestra are you referring to. They have a ton of different ones like 20 or so Abbey Road sets or BBC Symphony Orchestra, etc. Did you download the product via the Spitfire Audio app? Generally they register it automatically which explains why NA is seeing it as a duplicate.

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

This could be a factor:

OP needs to confirm exactly what he is using for the OS, Native Access version and especially the version of Kontakt (full or Player) in use here.

And most importantly - confirm that he can actually see the Spitfire product - listed in his NI account…

Yes , it did occur to me to examine the Kontakt version needed and I also found the Kontakt 6 claim a bit curious but I honestly figured to cross that bridge later since the immediate complaint was the :

But of course you are right that I should have bothered to make the same check that you did and include the Kontakt version needed too.
