Absynth 6: another rip-off for long-standing customers

I have to report and complain once again after the Maschine issue, its update, and NI's lack of investment in it (the promised major updates never arrive, except for small, drop-by-drop updates). The exact same thing happens with Absynth. The usual losers are loyal customers who already purchased Absynth 5, who continued to buy and pay tons of money to NI, for years there were no Absynth updates, and now it's finally here, the update and its evolution... They charge 100 euros for the update, which is shameful to me; the patience of NI customers for support that takes forever, often without resolution, should be rewarded with some kind of bonus; instead, no; you want the update: you pay a lot... It's a shame, another missed opportunity for NI to affiliate its customers. Best regards

Hey @gigino There has been quite some work involved in the making of Absynth 6, it's normal that these costs are reflected on the product and update price. It's not just a little update, there's a ton of new features that you can check HERE. You can also try the demo to see if it justifies the price for you or not.

Regarding our support, even if sometimes reply times can be a bit longer, especially in sales specials season, we are still helping our customers out and checking your history I see my colleagues spent a lot of time helping you out.
