Moving to new computer

I am about to replace my Intel-based Mac with an Apple silicon one for music production. I assume I will want to re-install all the NI applications to run native on the new hardware, but can I simply move the sound libraries I've already downloaded to the new system?

If moving locally is an option, will I have any problem with them being found/recognized by Kontakt, KK, or whatever?

You could copy the libraries to the Mac internal disk (if you have enough space) or to an external disk then use Native Access to locate them. That only works for libraries, not expansions. If you're using an external disk be sure to format it in the recommended format which is APFS.

Just a heads up that installing on a Mac running Tahoe can be a problem at the moment, although you can find workarounds on the forums.
