Taktor S4 MK2 Headphone / Soundcard

Recently issues on the Headphone - Jack —> Output.
No sound on the left channel.
What the hell happen? I have no idea; read a lot of comments and posting to the same topic; seems many friends of Traktor have similar issues.
I have followed (I assume all) tips and tricks; even connected my Traktor S4 MK2 to a different device; cleaned jack etc. …. and the issue is the same …. so my conclusion is: Soundcard (onboard in T-S4) is maybe damaged (or the jack)…. however; where can I possible can get a sparepart of this onboard-Sound-card?

And/Or does anybody found out why the headphone supports only the right channel?

If you select the s4 is your windows default audio device and play something on for example youtube, you can rule out if it's the Traktor software.

yes I know, it goes through the windows devices; not necessarly by the default Audio; I have multi installed; disabled / removed; different PC Hardware (even with out Audio, the Audio came in after I have connected the TR-S4….. therefore I have my doubts on the Traktor Software; but the driver which belog to the NI Hardware —> TR-S4 coming from NI….. but even here I downgraded / upgraded / plain new installations etc. … so it could be the Soundboard inside the TR-S4 hardware.

1 Check I have in mind: …. I need a member (close by) where I possible can connect my TR-S4 to see if same issue to …. and/or if somebody have a working OS on a boot-stick would be also an option.

any ideas are welcome

the short: solved / closed

the S4 MK2 is discontinued anyway; getting spareparts difficult (or not possible); why investing power, money into….

so I have decided to add the Traktor Z1 MK2 which is a great device; provide even better headphone output and more … great so far…. but adding the Z1 into my setup provides new issues.
with that setup, once the Z1 were conneted, I had a more or less noise on the speakers (there is another topic open an same issue) and I had to solve new disturbance….. replacing all cables; check installations and driver etc. bla bla…. I came to the solution to add a Fame DI120 ( I belive other products may also work)

Fame’s DI-120 is a passive dual channel Direct Injection Box, converting HI-Z signals intoa LO-Z XLR signal. Due to the DI-120's heavy duty metal construction and solid non-slip rubber feet,it is ideal for both the studio and on stage. …and the : Switchable Ground Lift stop all noise.

Now there is silence where silence need to be and powerfull music on output and headphone.
