Micro MK3, sometimes a problem with PADS

I have a Maschine micro mk3. I haven't used it much since I bought it. Today I reconnected it to the computer and "played" a bit in Maschine 2 and FL studio. I have a configuration for FL studio and I use it in midi mode for FL. It started happening to me that the some PADS(not always the same) don't always respond, i.e. all of a sudden only some of them don't respond or even all of them. So, they don't react in mashine mode in Maschine 2. When that happens, I switch to midi mode for a moment and see that the pads react (by lighting that changes to pressure). It is not clear to me what the problem is because apparently the pads work (at least in terms of hardware). I opened the Maschine, cleaned the contacts, the foil and still this happens occasionally. I reinstalled the drivers in Win 10, reinstalled Maschine 2. I also tried to turn off (by pulling out the USB) Maschine when this happened and turn it on again, but it would still happen, as if the problem was software (because, I repeat, when this happens, by switching to midi mode, you can see that the pads react). I've tried Maschine on other Windows but the same thing happens. Is there a way to factory reset Maschine mikro mk3? Has anyone had a similar problem?

update, it wasn't hard for me to disassemble everything again. Although everything is already "shining", I now used isopropyl alcohol (99%) and carefully cleaned all contact surfaces on the board and foil. I made sure to assemble everything correctly and tightened all the screws especially well. After 10 minutes in Mashine 2 everything works fine, I hope that the problem was only in this. I assume that due to a small shift and weaker contact on probably only one part of the HW, it occasionally "got confused"

Keep in mind that Maschine's Pads in MIDI Mode are A LOT less sensitive than in Maschine-Mode, this fact can be exaggerated through wear and tear.

I just opened and cleaned friends MK3 that had a few dead Pads, the contact traces on the PCB had a bunch of dirt on them, after cleaning it got much better but not quite 100% perfect, how did your contacts look?

The pads looked perfect(and transfer foil), the motherboard "shines", this about dust, wear and tear makes no sense because the machine was used very, very little. Let's skip the story about wear and tear, spilled liquid, lack of maintenance or the like because that didn't happen. Also, I can run any midi monitor and see what's happening but I wrote what the problem is. After a short time of use in "Maschine mode" in the Maschine 2 software, it starts to happen that some pads suddenly, that is SUDDENLY, stop working (attempt to activate the pad - lights up or deactivation - turn off the light, it doesn't WORK, so neither does what the pad should do...."step" in the step sequencer of Maschine 2) so after a few seconds they all stop working and after a short time they all start working or only some of them don't work again, but they are not always the same pads. I wrote that exactly when stopped working, I switch to midi mode and that pads works-in midi mode, so it lights up 99% and with the midi monitor it gives "cc" out from that pad that doesn't work. …..But, in Maschine mode it DOESN'T work...so it stops working without any sense, but it is so random and there is no time frame or action that would give any logical conclusion. The only conclusion is that in midi mode it works without problems Maschine modu with a problem I'm an IT professional admin so electronics, operating systems, software, etc. are not foreign to me, I know what I'm describing. I've tried Maschine on other Windows, almost completely newly installed, in Maschine 2, the same problem occurs. Maschine micro mk3 in "Maschine mode" does not output on the pads in "midi format", but it does in "midi mode" and it is completely unnecessary (although I checked to convince myself that I may not be wrong) to try it with a midi monitor because there will be nothing in "maschine mode"....I repeat, in midi mode the pads work without any problems and give "output" in the midi monitor (it can be seen that the velocity in mid mode also works without problems)

So it turned out that "lets skip wear and tear because I know what I am doing, im IT" wasn't the best approach. I asked because I opened and cleaned like 6 or 7 Maschines, mistakes happen and sometimes it has to be re-done, was just trying to help.

@D-One , I didn't mean to criticize you for your opinion, my apologies, I just wanted to skip the "dust" rant. Anyway, it's ok now but it's still unclear why everything was ok in midi mode while in maschine mode it was "glitched"
