I recently purchased a Maschine+ second hand (07/12/2025) and submitted a support ticket regarding the serial number being already registered to the previous owner.

The seller had obtained the maschine plus from a storage locker auction, so unfortunately there is no way to contact the original owner. I’ve provided support with photos of the hardware from all angles, a clear photo of the serial number, photos of the startup screen, and screenshots of my Marketplace conversation with the seller as proof of purchase.
The device works fully, but I’m unable to log in, connect to Wi-Fi, or download the included software due to the serial still being linked to another account.
I would really appreciate if someone could help move the ticket along or confirm that the information I provided is enough for a serial transfer/release. I am very eager to dive deep into the maschine plus and am looking forward to hearing back from the NI team.
