Hi im running traktor pro4 with a djm-s7 and want to run some .exe scratch loopers. However, when i do this they route through chanel 1. Is there a way to run them through both chanels, or a master so i can cut on both decks?

yes you can set each channel to left/master/right on the mixer view
Do you mean you run a 3rd party program that sends directly to the djm?
It is an executable flash player that runs on the same computer and plays through the djm to the speakers. I've tried opening the mixers utility program to see if there is a way around it defaulting to chanel 1. Seems unnecessarily complicated

Sounds like it's unrelated to traktor. You would need to tell either Windows or your .exe scratch loopers to only use the channels for deck 1. Assuming it's a hardware mixer.
That is how it works with my xone. I can set windows default audio device to any of the decks of my xone, or master. Any audio program that from then on uses the default audio device will be on that channel. Does not matter if traktor is on or not or what setting it uses.
