What is the best way to move Kontakt Factory Libraries to an external sd card?

My hard disc runs out of space so I want to move some of the libraries (for exemple Kontakt Factory 2) to an external sd card. Unfortunately, I have already installed the library with Native access. Is there a way to move the library to the external sd card? (If yes, what is the best/easiest way?). Thanks for helping!

Remember to move things not just copy (do not have the same libraries at two places at the same time))
