I purchased these two weeks ago and I've never received any serial numbers

On Nov 21, 2025 I ordered both Utopia and Nacht MPC Editions. In the two full weeks, I have yet to receive any confirmation, any serial numbers, nor any response from Native Instruments support. I can see the order in my history, with its claimed delivery, but there has never been any emails delivered with serial numbers. I need some sort of response, or my only recourse seems to be to go to the credit card and claw back the money I paid.

Yes I read that, but none of it applies because they never emailed me the serial numbers.

NI was supposed to send a confirmation with a 30 digit code that gets entered into the inMusic manager. This step then gives you a serial number this can be entered on the MPC that is running MPC3.

They never sent anything other than an email that said I would get the 30 digit codes in an email within the next 2 days. That was two weeks ago.
