Im trying to register my second hand Máschine plus and I already do it in my account and appears there with the correct serial number but when I try it in the hardware keeps showing me registration failed, the maschine has the last update.

It’s the same issue. Second hand device. Registered online with the transfer ID. Confirmation that everything worked. I can see the new device in my account. Maschine Plus starts up. I can connect to my Wi-Fi. After scanning the QR code, my NI account appears. It then asks for registration. When I click on "Continue," it loads for a while and then says "Registration failed."

Do you know if the previous owner updated the M+ to version 2.1.0? If this is the case, it means that you need a Maschine 3 license on your account to re-register it.

are you sure with Maschine 3? Maschine plus is not connected to a pc.
You still need to own a Maschine 3 license, whether you use the desktop software or the one onboard the Maschine+ as it applies to both.
Even if you never install the desktop Maschine 3, the license is required to have Maschine 3 features on standalone.
