Synth based update load failure

Hi all ever since updating native access, every synth based Kontakt instrument update is failing. I have all the sample based instruments on an external hard drive and all the synth based instruments in the applications folder in their own individual folders . I have all the permissions on and other updates are working. The install path in native access is set to the native instruments folder in the hard drive. The synth based installation paths are set to the native instruments folder in the the Mac applications folder .Please could you help how to fix this. I have not changed the synth based installation paths. Thank you.

Very often synths aren't treated as instrument libraries but direct plugins as they're not sampled but are direct tone creators. For example, Massive or MassiveX can simply be dropped into a track in a DAW without needing Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol. Normally when they're installed they get added directly to the list of plugins in your DAW.

Thank you for this information. It was very helpful. I don't understand why NI make such brilliant instruments but, unlike every other music software provider in the industr, cannot figure out how to deliver them
