When I try to open on the plugin in my daw (reaper), I get this error:
Required resource files cannot be found. Please re-install Ozone to
restore the missing resource files. If the problem persists, please
contact iZotope Customer Care.
After I clear the error, I can still access ozone, but it stutters and cuts every few seconds, so its unusable. Some features, like the master assistant, don't work either.
I've tried reinstalling ozone and restarting my pc, but it doesn't work.
I've also tried contacting support, but it's basically non existent. The chatbot doesn't work, the form to create a ticket doesn't load and I can't get a response from the email.
Does anybody know how to fix this?
