For weeks now, I’ve been trying to install libraries to a local disk with plenty of free space — after giving full disk access to every NI app that could possibly need it.
Every time I contact support, they send me the same article. Then the ticket goes silent. No follow-ups, no actual troubleshooting… just the same useless link again and again.
When I try to check my support “Activities,” I get: “The activity section which contains your request history is currently unavailable due to maintenance.” It’s been that way every time.
The AI agent is beyond frustrating. I won’t embarrass anyone, human or virtual, by posting the transcripts here.
So what exactly does one have to do to get actual support for these products?
