Why are Battery 4, Massive & Massive X still showing as VST 2 in Cubase?

I'm using Cubase 14 and have realised that some of my NI instruments won't show as VST 3 even though I'm using the latest versions. Specifically, Battery 4, Massive and Massive X all show as VST 2 in Cubase's Plugin Manager. Anyone else got this problem or know how to solve it?
I've tried to put in a support ticket, but that also doesn't seem to be working either.

Quick update: I reinstalled all three VSTs (Battery, Massive, Massive X) then restarted my computer. Lo and behold, they are now all present in their VST3 state. So who knows what the issue actually was!

Just checked and I see both VST2 and VST3 on my main drive for all three of those products.

However in Studio One - I do not allow any VST2 to appear - so they do not.

You need to take a moment and study exactly how Cubase is scanning your plugins.

If you "allow" VST2 to show - the VST2's will show up.

This is more a Steinberg support item rather than NI.

Thanks, but I don't think it is a Cubase issue - it isn't happening with other products. With others where I have both a VST2 and VST 3 version of the software, both show up. It just seems to be these particular NI ones that have this issue.
