Icons for nki files associated with Kontakt 8 are not displayed

After updating from Kontakt 6 to Kontakt 8, I noticed in Windows Explorer that all nki file icons have turned completely white.

It seems that the file association for icons is not working correctly in Kontakt 8. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Yes, for some unknown, incomprehensible reason, they removed the icons from the .exe file… 😕

I was also wondered about that, so i checked it.

Pff… i really dislike "blank" file types, without icons.
