VST3 installed, authorized, correct location - won't launch (white screen)

Just bought Rx11 — Properly installed. Vst confirmed in correct directory. Authorized by Izotoppers. Won't launch in DAW (Propeller Head Reason 13). Miffed… just got this product —paid for- AND it's … useless…

Confirmed that "Plug-in manager" in DAW has them properly listed, enabled, and they display in the "devices" menu (menu location in DAW). REASON 13 sees them as "effects" - - yes in menu(right-click mouse accessible)…. yes they are listed. They don't completely launch… goes to a white screen…..

Basically … I can't use VST3 ——— OS incompatibility? (Windows 10 Pro)

Reason 13 … jinxed? (using standalone version)

Everything was good until Rx11 — now ….I'm ill and no cure???

BTW…. I had some other VST3 (from Cockos - Reaper)) —- they seem to work ok…

Anyone have REASON 13? and experienced this?

Well - this looks good:

If you are hitting a "white screen" - that feels like a graphics shortcoming to me.

What kind of computer are you trying to run this on?

Which graphics card? What version of Windows?

You didn't give any more exact use example than using RX11 in Reason 13 as "Effects" .

I am using Windows 11 , Latest stable Reason 13 and RX11 installed via Native Access.

Immediately then I am not experiencing any problems between Reason 13 and RX11 when I drag and drop onto the 'Rack' area and then opens RX11 plugin interface , please see screenshot below here :

So perhaps you are having an OS issue or a software issue that you are not aware of ?
