I remember when I got Komplete 9 back in 2014 and one of my favorite things in it was the Reaktor engine, with all its weird synths, especially the Carbon 2. Today I realized it had been too long since I had played around with it, so I created a track with Reaktor 6 as the instrument, and I get this:
And when I click on the Play tile, I get this:
What am I supposed to do with that? I can't read more the words Reaktor and Carbon2, that's it. Is this a joke? And after enabling the Windows magnifier, which does a terrible job, I was able to at least go through the menus, and look for some kind of zoom item like Kontakt has, but nothing. Same for the preferences, nothing at all that applies to GUI zoom.
Now, I don't get it because the Reaktor 6 standalone opens at roughly twice the size, plus the frame can be resized by the usual clicking and dragging from the bottom right corner, which in this instrument is very necessary because you need to see all the folders and files in the left pane.
But in the microscopic VST3 version, you can't even resize it. So how is it that Native Instruments expects us to use this? Please tell me that I missed something.
