Hi everyone, I intended to use the line in of my Audio6 to record from a console record out, and also the turntables in THRU mode, but in the recording the cue from the turntables can be heard, does anyone know the correct setting?
Where do you try to record? (Which app?) And to which inputs of your Audio 6 are your devices connected?
Managing multichannel audio interfaces is unfortunately not straight forward in macOS. Usually this has to be done within you audio app and it has to support selection of the different inputs and outputs. If an app has no such support it defaults to the first set of inputs and/or outputs of your audio device.
hi! thanks for the reply, I tried the record a set in Quicktime, with the input setted to Audio6 usb.
I don't know much about mac os, but you probably need a program where you can select what channel on the a6 should be recorded.
QuickTime will most likely default to inputs 1 and 2 of your Audio 6.
