issues with Monark

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue on the Monark plug-in on Komplete control. Everytime in Ableton Live 12.2.7 standard I press stop the monark's cut off get closed. I have to put on "set to default" to make it working properly. Anyone knows how to fix this problem?

When using Mac then the first thing to check is always :

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon and DAW must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

Also as far as I can see then if using Ventura and komplete control 3.3.3 then you do not use the latest standalone / plugin…. (3.5.1)

Else then perhaps you have to first Reset the Komplete Kontrol Database (then run standalone) and then do a deep rescan for plugins in Ableton to see if that makes any difference . (To start a deep rescan, hold ALT/Option and click "Rescan.")

Then try opening a new project to see if you still experience the issue…

Before doing any of that (which are just more general troubleshooting things but probably not the issue in this case) first see if it does the same when loading it in Reaktor in Live?

Also try opening the back panel and changing the retrig options

@reznorine That could be a MIDI assignment issue so I would definitely try to try with Reaktor inside directly in Ableton, as @Kymeia suggested.

Then if it's only within Komplete Kontrol, check when no controller is connected if there are any unwanted MIDI assignments to the first knob: Look for CC7 and CC10.

Click on there, for me it shows Novation because this is the keyboard I set up, it can be a MIDI logo, if you have a Komplete Kontrol keyboard.

Since it seems to happen when you hit stop and some DAWs send a MIDI CC7 message with a zero value when hitting stop.

IF that doesn't help let us know what MIDI controller(s) you are using.
