Transfer of hardware license stuck

Hi, I bought on eBay a Kontrol S49 MK3 few days ago. When I tried to enter the license to start using it, I'm being told that the licence is already registered. I have a variety of NI hardware so I knew of the process. The issue is that the seller (eBay) resold it as the previous buyer sent it back. When the previous buyer asked NI to send back the licence to the seller, the licence was marked at not transferable (probably because if the the 30 days rule). Anyway, now I bought it and I'm waiting for that licence to be released by NI and the previous buyer has is ticket opened with NI for few days now and nothing is happening and I have a beautiful brick sitting on my desk now.

I raise myself a ticket, two days ago and haven't received a reply my ticket either. I sent copy of the serial and and picture of the HW id.

Please help to speed up that process. I don't want to wait 30 days to use my new acquired hardware.

Unfortunately support don't work over the weekend so you won't get a reply from them until at least Monday, plus with the sales on things are a bit slower than usual.

Take a look at this article - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/17475516788893-How-Can-I-Use-My-Kontrol-S-Series-MK3-on-a-Different-Computer. I'm not certain if that'll work, but it's worth a try until NI support can clear the serial. It won't help register your keyboard but it explains how to install enough software to get it working.

I have komplete already, as I was using the M33 until now, but native access doesn't recognised the new hardware. It's greyed out in the selection.

I don't the method you sent will work out as it looks like it's for someone who already has the hardware registered on their NI account, and that's the part missing for me.

For the context, I also have Maschine and a traktor S4, so I'm not new to NI. A serial on a hardware is frustrating though.

Actually, I stand corrected. I now have access to my Komplete Kontrol with the S49.

That will do until NI triggers that licence transfer.
