I purchased a pre-owned Maschine +. I contacted support and transfered the license and I am now trying to get the latest update.
Currently I am on:
System Version 1.6.1.24
Maschine Version 2.18.5 (RO)
Firmware 0.1.9
On Nov 19, 2025, 03:52 GMT+1, I sent a message to NI Support:
Hi folks. I just returned home from New Orleans and I tried to update my Maschine + and I am currently at:
System Version 1.6.1.24
Maschine Version: 2.18.5(RO)
Firmware: 0.1.9
Can you help me get to the latest version of the software ?

Thank you for reaching out to Native Instruments.
Yes, please update your hardware firmware first: How to Update the Firmware of Your NI Hardware
Then you can go to Settings > System, then follow the prompts to install the latest OS and software.

The link provide took me to a page where the 0.1.9 firmware was listed. I waited 2 days for this and the issue is still not resolved. As soon as Howard sent me the reply I emailed him back and I get no response. Why is this so difficult?
