New Expansion Purchased not visible on Maschine+

I turned on my Maschine+ the other day, and there seemed to be an update available, which I installed. I just purchased another expansion "Feel It" but my hardware unit refuses to see the new purchase, what's going on…?

I have tried everything under the sun including a Reset, WiFi Hotspot, SIM Card Removal, Mac & PC connected using the new Native Access, and I can't seem to get the download visible on the hardware, I saw something about downloading it manually and then installing it that way, but what is good is that when the unit is supposed to connect to the Download Server and look for new purchased expansions..?

I have submitted 2 Tech Support tickets already and have yet to hear anything…

@Harry C Yes you need to buy the Maschine 3 software in order to update your Maschine+ and have the possibility to load this Play Series instrument on your device.

The "Feel It" expansion is a Kontakt Play series instrument, it's not a Maschine+ expansion and won't work on the standalone hardware.

I think Native Instruments should have added info to those product pages, to state that they also work on the Maschine+ since the update. Blame NI 😁

Sounds a good plan, I'm sure the pages will be updated "soon" :) @Jeremy_NI could that be looked at when the sales madness has died down a little?

It seems your system version & Maschine version are outdated. Did you purchase the Maschine 3 upgrade?
