Instrument separation and restoration of each individual instrument

Good afternoon.
I have a task: I have a music track of low quality, recorded in the 1990s on a cassette tape.
I need to separate it into stems — vocals, bass, keyboards, drums, and solo guitar (using fadr.com or similar services).
Then I want to process each stem in Ozone — the main problem is the low bitrate of the original recording and the unstable sound because it’s tape. The goal is to mix everything back into a single composition, but with significantly better quality.
Please tell me how to proceed in the best way to achieve maximum quality and restore or even improve the original bitrate.

IMO if the original recording is low quality, you can't make it "better quality" - especially if you use stem separation first. The separation will add artifacts, even when using high quality sources, because of the amount of processing involved.

TL;DR even if you stem separated a pristine track, then mixed it together again, the result would be lower quality. Doing it with an already low quality source, you won't improve anything.
