Something that triggers K8 (Arp, Seq, whatever) really slowly?

Hey, I have a Cello Pizz library within K8 with a lot of Echo going on. I want to let K8 trigger any random notes, but very rarely. As far as I found Arpeggiator and Sequence/Phrases, they are waaaayyy too fast. Unfortunately, I can't slow down the arrangement tempo anymore.

Do you know anything which I might use like every 8bars or 12 bars or 16 bars giving a random trigger? I could draw in midi notes on my own but I need this very often and want to save it.

Ideas?

LogicPro11.2.2 (and no, the Logic Arpeggiator does support 1 bar only).

Hello,

you could set clock from host to kontakt off, use the internal clock and set it very slow as you like it.

Hey, that is a good idea. I tried it, yet the arpeggiator is still too fast and I can't set any values below 20 bpms. (Arp is on 1/4 rate).

Then you maybe play it by hand what I normally do on those situations to even have more expression with maybe automating stuff along entering notes, or maybe your DAW can do that?

Can you not use the Patterns tool for that (manual page 75) ? It has up to 32 steps…

Else then I have never used Reaktor for anything like that , but couldn't Reaktor 6 (if you have that) not output Midi to feed into Kontakt using a Reaktor Sequenzer / 'Sequenzer' ? Or couldn't Maschine 3 not do something like that ?
