Updated my Traktor yesterday and my playlist and remix decks disappeared.
Tried to use the Import button in preference but the collection files are greyed out.
Any clue?

You can copy those files and replace your current ~/Documents/Native Instruments/Traktor xxx/collection.nml file by hand, then start Traktor.
I don't know what happened, but in ~/Documents/Native Instruments/Traktor xxx there should be a backup folder with lots of older collection.nml files.
