NA refuses to update plugins

Hey guys,

never had any issues with the iZotope Product Portal regarding updates. Unfortunately Under Native Instruments Native Access refuses to update. Quite frustrating to experience Native crashing this otherwise great line of products the first chance they get. It's not just iZotope products btw. Updating other plugins and libraries also doesn't work.

Anyway I was hoping someone would be able to come up with a fix.
This is the NA error I'm getting, see screenshot.
Restarting the computer doesn't solve the issue.

Last time this error were seen it didn't get resolved via the forum and the NI Customer Care expert has taken the week off so he is not available. So my immediate advice for you would be to contact N.I. Support (all)

However then you ought to check if the standard Mac prerequisites has been fulfilled ! :

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

And if using Sequoia then N.I.apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

Thanks. Check on all of these except the Local Network. Native Access doesn't show up on the list and I can't add it. The article you linked says NTKDaemon doesn't require access to the local network. So not much I can do there. I also tried installing the Yangqin library today but that results in error too.
