Kontakt Leap UI completely Missing

The UI for all Leap Kits which used to be there, is no longer there when I load it. Instead I get the Instrument header but none of the UI and controls. Again, to clarify, it DID work just fine. Also, the instrument plays but I have no access to the controls.

It's just a vast expanse of blackness, mimicking the hollowness of my soul when I am confronted by this anomaly.

ONLY Leap is impacted. All other Kontakt programs behave as expected. I have tried reinstalling the expansions, but it has not helped.

See the screen shot below but be sure to look away before you start to cry.

Have you checked if the UI is still there if you scroll down on the right side… (?)

Also then try checking OS access settings or reset KK db ? Or if that does not work then try completely removing Komplete Kontrol and then reinstall the app and run as standalone…

Else reset Kontakt db , Or if that does not work then try completely removing Kontakt and then reinstall the app and run as standalone…

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

re initializethe KONTAKT Database

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Try clicking the white square under the cogs at the top left of the instrument. That shows/hides the instrument here.

If it collapses will depend on if you have selected Default view or Classic view.

What worries me about that is that if you remove 'instrument that way then that also collapses the scroll bar to the right and that obviously is not collapsed here.

This is actually a bug and has been logged according to Jeremy, so no amount of clicking little squares or rebuilding other stuff or giving random permissions is going to fix it unfortunately!!

Thanks all that helped. Yes, it seems it's a known bug so I guess I need to just sit and wait for an update that fixes it!
