When I purchased the Traktor Kontrol S5 I loaded the software on another PC. I want to add it to my desktop, where can I get the software please ?
Download Native Access: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access/
Install it and log in with the same account your S5 is registered to. Use Native Access to Install Traktor Pro.

Look up if your S5 and Traktor License are listed in your account on NI website under My products. If neither is listed you have to contact support. If it is listed make sure you use the latest version of Native Access 2 and the same login credentials as on the website.
Is it possibile that you registered your S5 to a different account back in the days?
