Audio outputs not connected on Maschine MK3 and RME Babyface Pro FS

Hi all,

I have a Maschine MK3 with the Maschine 3.4.0 software running on my Windows 11 laptop with a RME Babyface Pro FS.

I never had issues with this combination, but lately I can't select on the audio output page of the Maschine to use the analog 1 and 2 for 1L and 1R.

They show only "Not connected". By the way, this is not only for output 1L/R but also for the others.

I did uninstall the Maschine 3 software and clean the user data that was left behind, and installed it again through Native Access, but that didn't solve anything.

The only thing I can think of is that I updated the RME firmware to the latest version as I was a year behind. But I'm not sure if the issue started after this update.

Does any of you have an idea what is going on and how to solve it?

Have you tried installing the Windows 11 interface drivers from RME website?

Thanks for your answer, but yes when I did the firmware update I did also update the Windows 11 drivers.

I should have told that other software like VLC media player and Reaper still see the outputs and can use them with no problem at all.

Hi all,

Nobody else having this issue with Maschine MK3 and the BabyfaceRME Pro FS? Or is nobody using this combination.

This issue has to be solved for me before I will buy a Kontrol S-61 MK3.

Hope that one of you clever heads can think of something that will solve this :)
