Maschine + 2.1 update failed

During the update of Maschine Plus 2.1, it will no longer start.

It stays stuck on the Maschine + is starting screen.

No matter how many times I start it, it stays on the start screen.

It doesn't work even if I remove and insert the SD card.

Even if I prepare an SD card with "system-reset-v2.nut" and try it, it will not start.

How should I reset it? Also, is there system-reset-v2.1?

I had the same, trie to connect it to a computer, and start working on maschine while opening and saving projects.

From controller mode go into stand alone mode in the settings menu. While being connected to the internet.

While connected to the PC, it entered controller mode and was recognized by the software, so I will switch to standalone mode and try it out….

I tried controller mode and standalone mode many times and for a long time.
At a certain point, I was able to transition to a screen showing that the update had been completed.
The update seems to require a lot of luck and perseverance.
I would like NI to officially provide instructions on how to update.
