Maschine software not opening after Update 3.4

Splash Screen appears with "Waiting for product scan" after opening the standalone .exe but closes after a few seconds. Event viewer in Win11 says error in module ucrtbase.dll code 0xc0000409

The plugin is blocked by Bitwig and Cubase

Windows is updated, Visual C++ Redistributable is installed and Maschine 3.3.1 worked without any problems. No problem with the Kontakt 8 update, either. It's just Maschine 3.4 that will not start. Any ideas, anyone with the same problem?

How Do.i get my maschine 3.4 software to load. It starts with the splash screen and turns off. Some one get me a idea of what to do

Reinstall?

Reset database by deleting the db3 files? It's for other issues but maybe it works.
